These terms govern every purchase completed on bolivov.net, supported by Bolivov S.r.l.. By completing an order, you fully accept their content. We recommend reviewing these terms alongside our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies.
1. The seller

2. The goods
The products sold by Bolivov S.r.l. consist of botanical preparations, herbal syrups, and traditional infusions based on walnuts and herbal ingredients intended to support daily well-being and general dietary supplementation. The volume, ingredients, and formats are detailed on each preparation's product page. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only; jars or bottles may show slight variations typical of handcrafted products.
3. Ordering and contract
The order is considered registered once checkout is complete. We promptly send a confirmation email; the contract is finalized when the parcel is handed over to the courier. We reserve the right to decline an order if batches are out of stock or details cannot be verified, issuing an immediate refund of any amounts paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs appear at checkout before you confirm. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious error in the displayed price is identified before the goods are dispatched, we will correct the amount and give you the choice to confirm the purchase or cancel it.
5. Delivery
Delivery methods, estimated times, and shipping costs are available in the Shipping and Payment section. Risk of loss passes to you once the packages are physically delivered.
6. Product images and colours
Images show our genuine workshop preparations. Shades visible on screen depend on display calibration, operating software, and lighting, so slight color variations do not constitute a defect or entitle you to replacements at our expense or to compensation. Volume, ingredients, and extracts are clearly detailed on the balsam product page.
7. Transfer of risk
We keep all items under our care until delivery into your hands or to your designated recipient at the agreed address. From that moment, responsibility for loss or damage passes to you. If you notice visible damage to the parcel upon delivery, report it immediately to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You may return intact, sealed jars within 30 days of arrival, following the instructions on the Returns page. Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), walnut-based preparations and syrups sold by Bolivov S.r.l. are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for defects present at delivery, provided the goods were stored according to label instructions with the seal intact.
- Supply of custom-made or clearly personalized goods requested by the customer.
- Products subject to rapid deterioration or with a short shelf life once opened.
- Syrups, glass jars with macerates, or sealed bottles opened after delivery, which cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
- Goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
- Digital content or sealed materials unsealed by the consumer after receipt.
9. Liability
Subject to mandatory statutory limits, the total liability of Bolivov S.r.l. for any dispute arising from the order cannot exceed the total amount actually paid by the buyer for the purchase of the good in question. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit statutory duties and liabilities that cannot be set aside by law.
10. Age and use
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our walnut preparations must be taken according to the directions printed on the label and do not replace professional medical advice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Italian law. For any civil dispute arising from this contract with consumers residing in Italy, territorial jurisdiction belongs to the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer. Should a dispute remain unresolved through direct dialogue with our workshop, jurisdiction shall belong to the courts where our registered office is located, without prejudice to mandatory rights guaranteed to consumers in their country of residence.
